We did it again!...Best Places To Work In Atlantic Canada

Wilson Insurance has once again been named as one of the "Best Places to Work in Atlantic Canada" by Progress Magazine.  "I'm so thrilled," said Heather Wilson Carruthers, president and CEO of Wilson Insurance.  "What a great honour for our team to be receiving this recognition."

Three years in a row Wilson Insurance has placed as a "Best Place to Work in Atlantic Canada" with this year seeing us place in the top 10, coming in at third place.

The program, hosted by Progress Magazine, recognixes employers in the Atlantic region that makes it a priority to creat rewarding environments for their employees.

Progress Magazine partners with the Best Compannies Group based in Harrisburg, PA, which specializes in workplace excellence, to rank organizations that score above average on a detailed analysis of individuals, workgroups and organizational insight.

The program involves two questionnaires; one on benefits and policies filled out by the employer and one on employee engagement and satisfaction filled out by employees.
