• Friendly team-oriented atmoshpere.  Great training. Lots of variety throughout the day, not the same thing every day.

• Great time and effort has been spent to ensure that every person is placed in a role that best utilizes their natural talents.  Everyone has had a hand in developing their own list of responsibilities and because of this, their is great ownership in what people do.  Everyone feels that if they have an issue, all they have to do is say something.

• Leading edge when it comes to the application of technology.  Wilson Insurance is well respected in the industry by their peers.  Education and employee development is a core value of the company.  Employee loyalty is very high with little employee turnover.
• The owner is always doing something for the employees.  Some employees have small children.  If one child happens to be sick the employee can stay home with them and take it as a sick day.  Not many companies do that.  I was amazed at this when I started working here. 
• Wilson Insurance offers an excellent benefits plan and are very willing to pay for courses that you are interested in taking to improve your knowledge of the job.
